Make sure you can spend time when picking up a bike. If the bike has already been fixed, it can be done in an hour. You need to finalize the bike – install reflexes, a bell, pressurize the tires, lubricate the chain, adjust the seat, install a lock etc.

If your bike has not yet been fixed, it takes longer, depending on what needs to be repaired. Be prepared to fix it yourself if there is too much going on. But you will get help.
